Environment
Human rights
Democracy

Tor Punsvik

I recently heard a thought-provoking lecture by Ørjan Stenseng. With over 25 years of experience in the electronics and IT industry, he has long believed that digitalization and the green shift were clearly positive for the environment. In recent years, he has dug deeper and come to a different conclusion. “Digitalization is a danger to the environment, a disaster for human rights and the greatest threat to democracy,” Stenseng documented in 30 minutes. A lecture that all politicians and business leaders should hear.

I had all my myths reversed when I came home from one of his lectures. If you want to challenge your own preconceived ideas, you should let yourself be provoked by Ørjan Stenseng. Because you need it and because you deserve it! And because the world needs to open its eyes.

Bjørn Norby

Ørjan Stenseng turns my beliefs about the green shift upside down. His presentation was frightening, but also gave hope that digitalization can be sustainable. A topical lecture worth making time for.

What are people saying?

Thank you for a painful but necessary lecture!

Thank you for the presentation, many of us were shocked. Personally, I found the slave labor the most frightening, while others I spoke with were more concerned about the water consumption.

Signe Hedin Strand Bachelor HR Student

What strikes me is how few dare to put into words the enormous environmental consequences it has. But Ørjan dares! And he wants us to do something about it.
